About the app
Suivi GLP-1 is a tracking companion for people on GLP-1 analog treatment.
It records injections, dose steps, weight, blood glucose, blood pressure,
protein intake and side effects, and prepares a clear summary for your doctor
visits. There is no account and no server: everything stays on your device.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. The app works entirely offline, with no sign-up.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to our servers. If you delete the app, the data goes with it, so export first if you want to keep it. The one exception is Apple Health sync, which you turn on yourself and which stays on your device.
How do I export my data?
Settings › Export my data. You can produce a PDF summary for your doctor or a CSV file.
How does Apple Health sync work?
Turn it on in Settings › Apple Health. Weight, blood pressure, blood glucose and protein are then shared with the Health app, in both directions. You can change or revoke permissions at any time in iOS Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices.
The injection reminder does not fire.
Check that notifications are allowed for the app in iOS Settings › Notifications, and that a reminder time is set in the app's Settings. If you have revoked notification permission, the app shows a warning on the Settings screen.
How do I add the widget?
Long-press your home screen or lock screen, tap the “+” or “Customize” button, search for “Suivi GLP-1” and choose the widget size.
Can I change the language?
The app follows your iPhone's language. It is available in English, French and Spanish.
Can I change the units?
Yes, in Settings. Weight can be shown in kilograms or pounds, and blood glucose in mg/dL or g/L.
How do I delete all my data?
Settings › Delete all my data. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
